We’re taking things outside with the VicSquare Trunk Sale! Happening in the United Import Lot.

Spots are just $20! Only 35 spots available! 5 businesses will be allowed in.

Registration

All registrations subject to approval from our team for this event. By completing this form, you acknowledge that you are not guaranteed a spot until confirmed by a member of our team via email. This follow-up email will confirm whether you are approved, rejected, or waitlisted due to limited amount of spaces.

Payment Information

Payment for your spot(s) are due on the day of the event prior to you setting up. Until payment is made, you will not be allowed to set up for the event. Cash is the only payment method unfortunately. Payment can also be made in advanced to the Mall Administration Office.

ITEMS FOR SALE

The VicSquare Trunk Sale will give priority to vendors selling used items. Transactions are between the vendor and buyer. Customer service is the responsibility of the vendor. The following items are not allowed for sale at this event: food (including homemade preserves or beverages of any kind), home party merchandise (party supplies), real plants.

Refund/Cancellation & No-Shows

A full refund is granted if the event is cancelled or if you request a refund at least three days before the start of the program. Refunds requested on the day of the event or after the event has finished cannot be granted. If you have not arrived by 11:00am on the day of the Car Trunk Sale, we will presume you are a no-show.

Set Up

Please arrive between 9:30am to 10:45am for set up and to secure your spot. If you have not arrived by 11:00am, we will deem you a no-show.

Parking Spot Info

Each spot in the parking lot is made up of two parking stalls (one to display your items for sale and one to park your vehicle). Parking spots will have labelled with the spot number. Assigned spot numbers will be released to vendors on a map sent via email prior to the event. A volunteer will also help find your spot. To ensure safety, items must be displayed within the perimeter of your parking spot. Vendors can choose to move their vehicle to another parking location if they require both spaces to sell their used items, however, you cannot directly park behind/beside your stall and sell out of your vehicle. Double-sized spots are available (4 parking spaces)

Victoria Square is not providing any tables for this event.

Clean Up & Event End

The event ends at 4:00pm. We ask that you stay until at least 3:30pm. Leaving earlier may impact your future registration for other similar events. Please do not leave any items or garbage behind. If your spot is not deemed clean, you will not be admitted to future events.

Safety Info

Vendors should ensure that any racks, tables or display units that they are using to display their goods are secure and are not in danger of toppling over. Please keep display units, tables and racks away from other vendors vehicles. Drive through traffic will not be allowed during the event.
